High Vitamin D Mushroom Powder has been Approved as a Novel Food Ingredient by EFSA

Guzen Development is proud to announce the publication and noted approval of Monterey Mushrooms’ High Vitamin D Mushroom Powder on the European Union market as a novel food ingredient under article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283

High Vitamin D Powder has been approved in all EU member states and EFSA concluded that Monterey Mushroom’s production process, composition, and specifications does not raise any safety concerns and is safe under the proposed conditions of use.
